Frank will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Regina (née McCoy) and his siblings, Jeanie Diamond (Joseph), Tommy (Susan), Jacquelynn (Ed) and Trish.
After retiring in 2006, Frank founded the Cathy Miller Cancer Fund in loving memory of his wife, Cathy. He worked tirelessly to raise funds and awareness for The American Cancer Society's AstraZeneca Hope Lodge in Cheltenham, PA.
In conjunction with Coaches vs. Cancer, the Cathy Miller Cancer Fund raised over $825,000 to financially support the construction, operation and maintenance of the Hope Lodge. Frank organized monthly dinners at the Lodge that featured performances by the Summer Club. He also served as a volunteer leader on the Friends of the Hope Lodge Council.
Frank has received numerous awards from the American Cancer Society. Among them are:
Faces of Hope Award-2014 in honor of his work of advocating and supporting the Hope Lodge.
Volunteer Achievement Award-2015 to acknowledge his high level of contribution to the mission and goals of the American Cancer Society.
Coaches vs. Cancer Award-2017 for his relentless dedication and support.
Frank was inducted into the Saint Helena School's Hall of Fame (class of 1960), an honor of which he was extremely proud.
Frank touched countless lives and is leaving an incredible legacy. He truly fulfilled Cathy's wish "To Help Another Person" and will be deeply missed.
