Congratulations to Dennis Dunphy, Cathy Miller Cancer Fund’s Volunteer of the Year. As a faithful kitchen volunteer at the AstraZeneca HOPE Lodge, Dennis helps nourish a resident’s body and spirit. We were proud to recognize his kind-filled efforts at the Thirteenth Annual Catherine Veronica Christmas Gala on December 8th 2018. Over 200 guests joined in the festivities honoring Denny. The essence of the evening consisted of camaraderie, dining at the scrumptious buffet and strutting with the Quaker City String Band. Through the efforts of our committee members, CMCF realized a profit of over $65,000, all of which will be contributed to the HOPE Lodge, targeting the Kitchen Renovation Project. The remodeling of the kitchen is due to commence by early summer.
